IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback Pricing

NeuroMaintenance

After completing a treatment plan, clients may continue with individual maintenance sessions as needed.

As a courtesy, your NeuroMaintenance rate will match the per-session rate of your selected treatment plan and will remain locked in unless standard pricing changes in the future. Evergreen Clinical Mental Health Counseling reserves the right to update pricing, which may affect future NeuroMaintenance rates.

IASIS Payment Options

• Pay in full at the start of treatment

• IASIS MCN is not currently covered by traditional insurance, however, Evergreen can provide superbills for HSA's
